Listen To Roadhouse Radio NOW: 04/04/12: SPRING SOUL JAMBOREE INVITATIONAL 2012

March Madness continues with SOUL on this April edition of the show. It's the Spring Soul Jamboree Invitational 2012 edition!

Like the NCAA tourney, this invitational of vintage soul hunter & gatherers seeks the areas best DJs, collectors, and record nerds in order to see who's got the best! This year I invited some heavies from mega-popular nights like Emerald City Soul Club's Marc Muller and DUG's Christian Science, as well as Nitty Gritty from a relatively new night called Sophisticated Mama (Thusdays @ Havana). To round out the field, Dave Segal from The Stranger and Scott Giampino (Soul HoleKBCS & Triple Door booker, etc.) came with their well-respected knowledge and cool collections.

The rules are easy: 5 records, under 4 mins, recorded between 1965-75, all time favs.

Let's put the needle to record! Listen NOW with the link below.
